GATES
Gates open at 10 am on Thursday, July 2nd thru Sunday, July 5th. Your Three-Day Pass is exchanged for a wristband when you arrive, which allows you in and out of the concert / rally grounds whenever you like. Have an I.D. ready. Wristbands are used to identify adult and minors. No bottles, cans, coolers, video cameras, or umbrellas may be brought into the concert area. You will be asked to open bags for inspection.
PARKING
THe Dog House has ample parking for cars and bikes alike. Parking is FREE.
GENERAL RULES
- Pets are not allowed in the concert area or on the premises. Please leave your pets at home.
- No food, or coolers, no glass, umbrellas or video cameras allowed in the concert area.
- NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 CAN CONSUME ALCOHOL ANYWHERE ON THE FREEDOM BIKE FEST SITE. ZERO TOLERANCE ON UNDERAGE DRINKING. In order to purchase alcohol at Freedom Bike Fest you must show a photo identification to get an "over 21" wristband, which must be worn at all times. You must produce identification if anyone on the Freedom Bike Fest staff requests to see it during the weekend, and will forfeit your "over 21" wristband and be removed from the premises if you cannot do so.
- Freedom Bike Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Persons engaging in violent, obscene or unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the premises, and may be subject to arrest. No refunds will be given for tickets.
- Absolutely NO GUNS allowed on the property with or without a permit.
RAIN OR SHINE
In the event of inclement weather the show will not be interrupted. Tickets are sold on a "rain or shine" basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
